The team asked us to help them revamp their main perfume brand: Re-position it as a niche lifestyle fragrance brand led by a brand new, strong, concept story, and re-organize the brand offering around 2 pillars.
We sat together, reviewed the whole marketing mix, assessed the brand’s strengths and personality, and expressed them in a compelling new story aimed to carry away licensor, distributors and customers alike.
We delivered a complete brand bible that clarifies the brand concept and positioning, used by the team as a presentation tool to their business partners.
